Find the right distance.










Ukemi: perform a large suriashi forward, attack with tobikomizuki chudan. Try to put as much weight into the fist as possible.
Torimi: perform taisabaki to the right and re-direct the attack backwards with a right maki uke chudan.






Ukemi: attack with a left gyakuzuki no tsukomi jodan.
Torimi: bend the knees in shikodachi and block the attack with a right higi age uke (upward elbow block).








Torimi: attack wit a nakadaka ipponken to the thigh. Enforce this attack by using your body-weight and a strong left hikite.








Torimi: attack with a right enpi to suigetsu. Place the left hand on the right fist to make the attack more powerfull. Kiai.








Ukemi: press both hands in shuto against ukemi's right arm. Keep your head as close as possible to his chest to avoid a counterattack to the head.
