Find the right distance.
Ukemi: perform a large suriashi forward, attack with tobikomizuki chudan. Try to put as much weight into the fist as possible.
Torimi: perform taisabaki to the right and re-direct the attack backwards with a right maki uke chudan.
Ukemi: attack with a left gyakuzuki no tsukomi chudan. Take care to put your weight into the attack.
torimi: turn around clock-wise180 degrees in taisabaki and move your centre of gravity slightly to the left; block in one continuous movement the attack with a right haishi uke and attack simultaneously with a left urazuki jodan.
Take care: haishu uke makes a half circle and re-directs the atack backwards; the actual contact is only at the last moment, then press the fist down and absorb ukemi's power. If performed well, this action will go very smooth. Kiai.
